Happy New Year Readers!

I know it’s been awhile since I last caught up readers with the latest goings on in the world of Yahrah St. John. The last half of 2014 was very busy. I completed two (2) books during that time. Both titles will debut in the first half of 2015.

First up, the long awaited release of my 18th book: Restless Hearts, the fourth book in the Hart Series to be released February 1st. You’ll catch up with old faves like Noah/Chynna, Kenya/Lucas and Rylee/Amar, while being introduced to bad boy Caleb Hart. This dashing heartthrob will have debutante Addison Walker’s heart aflutter along with other body parts. Hope you will find this a satisfying conclusion to this portion of the series.

My next Kimani Romance: Heat Waves of Desire, the first book in the California Desert Dreams will debut on June 1st. Followed by Hot Summer Nights by Lisa Marie Perry on July 1st and Heat Wave of Passion by Pamela Yaye on August 1st. The series will highlight three best friends running a high-end resort in a California desert town. Heat Wave of Desire will focus on Kimberly Parker, General Manager of the Belleza and her romance with enigmatic guest Jaxon Dunham. As sabotage and past loves loom over them, will they be able to trust their hearts or will they walk away from a promising love?

Sometime between now and June, I’ll squeeze in the re-release of my third book Never Say Never. I’m working with my graphic designer as we speak on a new cover. Once selected, I’ll post the cover to Facebook. Never Say Never will also get a facelift because I’m adding a few new scenes to the story to spice things up.

Many of you have requested the sequel to Dirty Laundry, so I’m putting romances on hiatus and heading back to my laptop to write the chicklit sequel titled: Can’t Get Enough. I admit I had to re-read the first book to refresh myself with the characters, but now I’m just as eager as you to find out how Layla, Chanel, Reese and Skye’s stories ‘Turn Up’. Will Travis return to give Layla a second chance? What was the outcome of Skye’s health scare? How is single-mother Chanel fairing without a man? And has Reese really found her Mr. Right? Find out summer 2015.

Rather, than make any additional promises that I can’t keep for the remainder of 2015, I’ll let you marinate on the above selections. But rest assured, I have more great ideas in mind such as the expansion of the Hart Series to include a new trilogy of heroines (All names by you, the reader on FB): London, Bree and Jada. Their stories will take place in locations that you’ve selected on FB: San Francisco, New Orleans and Charleston. Stay tuned for more details as the year progresses.

Events: I will be attending the 20th Annual Romance Slam Jam on March 26-28, 2015 in Dallas Texas at the Embassy Suites Dallas-DFW Airport North Outdoor World. I’ll be signing copies of the entire Hart Series including my new release: Restless Hearts and interacting with fans in fun events like Pajama Night, Reader Sessions, Book Discussions and Interactive Games.
